Smart places, run by AI.
We use AI to run real places. Our first project is a hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo, Sharjah.
- AI built in from the start
- Self-running systems
- Farming first
AI is built in from the start, not added later.
Wadi Al Helo Farm مزرعة وادي الحلو
A 500 m² hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo, in the Emirate of Sharjah. Plants grow in water, without soil: a thin stream of nutrient water keeps flowing past the roots. Self-running systems control the watering and the climate. AI watches the crop itself, including growth, stress and yield, and corrects problems as they happen.
- Location
- Wadi Al Helo, Emirate of Sharjah
- Area
- 500 m²
- Method
- Hydroponics: a thin stream of nutrient water
- Operation
- Self-running systems with AI monitoring and control
Sense. Decide. Act. Grow.
The farm is designed to watch the crop and adjust the water, day and night.
- 01
Sense
Readings from the crop, the water and the climate.
- 02
Decide
AI looks at the readings and chooses what to do next.
- 03
Act
Self-running systems adjust the water, nutrients and climate.
- 04
Grow
The crop responds, and the loop starts again.
See it in action
A farm that tends itself.
How the Wadi Al Helo farm is designed to watch the crop and adjust the water by itself, day and night: it senses, decides and acts.
From one farm to whole buildings.
- First project · Smart farming
Hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo
A 500 m² hydroponic farm, where a thin stream of nutrient water flows past the roots. Self-running systems handle the growing cycle. AI watches the crop and adjusts water, nutrients and climate.
- Postponed · Smart homes
Home servers and the smart home
We first planned to start with professional home servers. They end regular cloud fees and keep family data private, and they would grow into an AI-run smart home. This is postponed, not dropped. It continues after the farm.
- Later · Bigger places
Bigger farms and buildings
The same AI can run bigger farms, offices, hotels, residential complexes, and government and school buildings.
Common questions.
What is Qai Smartcore?
Qai Tech’s smart-places division. It builds places that sense, decide and act for themselves.
What is the first project?
A 500 m² hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo, Sharjah, run by self-running systems and AI.
What happened to the smart home?
It is postponed, not dropped. It continues once the farm is proven.
Can I work with Qai Smartcore?
Yes. We are open to talks with growers, developers and institutions.
