Saeed Al-Thabahi
Qai Tech was founded by Saeed Al-Thabahi, an engineer who works with intelligent systems and applied AI. He has a background in smart-systems engineering and a Master’s degree in AI.
He is now doing a PhD at the University of Birmingham (Department of Political Science and International Studies). His research looks at how drone technology affects politics and security in the Gulf, including regulation and competition between major powers.
He builds new technology and studies the rules around it. That shapes how Qai Tech thinks about autonomous systems, security and responsible engineering.
