Qai Smartcore

Smart places that sense and decide for themselves.

At a glance: Farms first, then smart buildings

Qai Smartcore turns real places into smart places that sense, decide and act for themselves. AI is built in from the start, not added later.

Our first project is in farming: a 500-square-metre hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo, in the Emirate of Sharjah. Plants grow in water, with no soil, and systems that run on their own, guided by AI, manage the farm. The smart-building line, which starts with the home server, is postponed and will resume once the farm is proven.

See it in action

A farm that tends itself.

How the Wadi Al Helo farm is designed to watch the crop and adjust the water by itself, day and night: it senses, decides and acts.

Simulation
A simulation of how the system is designed to work. It is not footage, and the readings are examples.

Roadmap

  1. 01
    First project · Smart agriculture

Hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo

A 500-square-metre hydroponic farm in Wadi Al Helo, Emirate of Sharjah, where plants grow without soil: a thin stream of nutrient water flows past the roots in channels. Systems that run on their own manage the growing cycle. AI watches the crop and adjusts water, nutrients and climate.

  2. Postponed · The home line

The home server and the smart home

We first planned to start with professional home servers. They end recurring cloud fees and keep family data private, and they would grow into an AI-managed smart home. This is postponed, not dropped. It resumes after the farm.

  3. 02
    Later · Bigger places

    Business, government and school buildings

The same AI moves to bigger farms, offices, hotels, housing complexes, and government and school buildings.
